Our standard delivery is 1-2 working days (EUR 3.95).

Orders placed on Friday before 5.30pm will be received on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Orders placed after 5.30pm on Friday or on weekends are shipped on the following Monday and should be received 1-2 days later.

Orders placed on or before the day of a bank holiday will be shipped the day following the bank holiday and should be received 1-2 days later.

UK – (2 – 3 working days)

EUROPE – (2 – 5 working days)

USA & CANADA – (4 – 10 working days)

We will refund a full priced item within 14 days from your order date excluding delivery charge.

Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging.

We do not accept returned Items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour. Such items will be returned to sender immediately.

All sale items must be returned within 7 days from your order date.

A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address. Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

We usually refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge, unless your entire order was faulty or incorrect.

We’ll process all refunds using the payment method you originally used to purchase your order.

Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange. All items returned within the correct time frame will receive a refund. If you need an item in a different size or colour simply place a new order.
